Q. Does someone need to be home when you come to clean the yard?
A. No, we don't require anything other than access to the yard to do our job. But if you are home, feel free to ask us any questions or point out any particular problem areas.

Q. Do my dogs need to be inside in order for you to clean?
A. No, and our scoopers love the company! But we ask that pet owners use their best judgmentin this regard. Some dogs are very territorial and can make it difficult or impossible for us to do our job.

Q. Do you guarantee that ALL the waste will be picked up?
A. We may miss a spot if it's difficult to see because of especially tall grass or shade/shadows. But that will be the exception rather than the rule. Expect that your yard will be at least 95% waste-free when we leave. If we have missed several piles, we will clean the yard again at our expense. We guarantee satisfaction and we do everything in our power to keep our customers happy!

Q. Why does it cost more for the first service?
A. We charge $19.99 additional for the first visit because yards tend to be very dirty the first time we see them and they take a long time to clean. We do waive the fee for customers that prepay for six months of service and we may also waive it if you have scooped your lawn recently and we find that the additional charge is unnecessary.

Q. Do I have to have my yard cleaned regularly or can I have it scooped just once?
A. While we recommend that a yard be scooped regularly, we will come to clean it on a one-time basis. We charge $34.60 for one dog, plus $12.50 for each additional dog.

Q. Will you come if the weather is bad?
A. Only extreme weather like torrential rain or ice will keep us from coming out to your home. We will notify you if we are unable to come and you will not be charged for the missed appointment.

Q. Can I skip an appointment?
A. Yes and — provided that you give us at least 24 hours notice — you will not be charged or penalized.

Q. Can I get a discount if I refer/recruit some of my friends or neighbors for your service?
A. Abolsutely! We LOVE it when our customers refer friends, family and neighbors to our service! We've actually made it our policy to reward any of our customers that recommend our services with a $20 credit to your account to be used on either "free" yard waste removal service or "free" grooming. It's totally your choice on how you would like to use the referral credit. We also place no limits on how many friends you can recruit.
